A real soulslike, built for Android.
Most "soulslike" entries on Google Play are either watered-down auto-battlers or pay-to-win RPGs with a Dark Souls thumbnail. Pixel Souls is the opposite: stamina-driven combat, deliberate attacks, parries, i-frame rolls and bosses with patterns you actually have to learn — designed from the start for a touchscreen, not ported to one.
Why this matters for Android
Soulslike combat lives or dies on input precision. Most mobile RPGs hide that by adding auto-attack, sticky targeting or generous i-frames everywhere. Pixel Souls keeps the genre honest: you press, the character commits, and missing a roll costs you the run. The control layout, the frame data and the boss telegraphs are built to be readable on a phone screen first.
Stamina combat on touch
Every attack, roll and parry costs stamina. The virtual stick + four buttons are fully remappable, and animations are built around touch latency, not desktop.
Bosses you have to learn
World 1 ends on a final boss with multiple phases, hand-tuned tells and damage windows. No bullet-sponges, no random scaling.
Hand-built dungeons
Ten levels in the Forsaken Catacombs, all hand-placed in the same editor we ship with the game. Five more worlds in active development.
Seven heroes, seven playstyles
Pixel Knight, Fallen Knight, Ocean Knight, Dark Knight, Inquisitor, Samurai and Spear Master. Tank, mage, striker, hunter, duelist and reach — pick the death you want to learn.
